Crabtree 10A light switches on a square 3×3 plate, which fits a standard 3×3 box.

• Gangs = the number of switches on the plate. Each one controls a separate light.
• 1-way – the light is switched from one place only.
• 2-way – the light is switched from two places, e.g. the top and bottom of stairs or both ends of a passage. You need a 2-way switch at each end.
